Description
An Indian Thali meal of urud dal (black lentils) simmered with garam masala, ginger, garlic, and tomato, fresh spinach stewed with turmeric paneer (fresh Indian cheese), and Bhel Puri Chaat, a mixture of seasoned puffed rice and grains with peanuts, spices, coconut, and fresh cilantro and diced veggies, all served on a bed of delicate white Basmati rice. Accompanied by house made fruit chutney, spicy onion chutney, cooling raita (yogurt sauce), and mint-cilantro chutney, this platter includes lentil pappadams.
