Description
Mexican style hominy is mashed with maseca (corn flour), cilantro, roasted green chiles, and spices, then shaped into medallions and pan-fried into delicate crispy corn cakes. We serve this with house made refried pinto beans, seared queso fresco (a soft white cheese), and shredded cabbage marinated with lime, cilantro, and spices for a full and hearty meal. This platter comes with salsa verde picante, and you can add any of our other fresh salsas. *naturally gluten free
