Description
We fill an extra large flour tortilla with smoky black beans, tricolor Bolivian quinoa, roasted sweet potatoes with toasted cumin and Lisano, cabbage/cilantro/red onion slaw, and fresh spinach. The burrito is rolled up and grilled until golden brown and extra delicious. It is served with a side of hominy simmered with green chile and spices, and our house mild red salsa. If you like more heat, add a spicy red or green salsa for another $1.
