Our salsa roja picante is made with tomatoes and chili d’arbol seared on a dry skillet, then combined with fresh cilantro, lemon juice, and just the right amount of spices, salt, and pepper.  This salsa is rich, delicious, and pretty hot.

Our mild red salsa is a mix of fresh tomatoes, bell peppers, onion, cilantro, and lemon juice, blended with cumin, salt, and pepper. Bright and full of flavor, it goes great with almost any meal,

Salsa chili d’arbol is a blend of garlic and fiery chilies d’arbol, dry roasted in cast iron and blended with oil and salt to produce a very spicy, smoky, rich sauce. Enjoy sparingly!

Salsa verde picante is made of tomatillos, onions, garlic, and serrano and jalapeno peppers charred on a cast iron skillet. We puree these charred veggies with lime juice, cilantro, and spices for a smooth, rich, spicy salsa that ranges from medium hot to very hot.

Citrus Chutney is made of lemons, limes, and oranges, chopped finely and simmered with onions, garlic, ginger, dried fruits, and a blend of spices including cardamom, peppercorns, cumin, coriander.  We slowly cook it down with tomatoes, vinegar, coconut sugar, and fruit juices to create tangy sweet and spicy condiment that is delightful on all of our Indian or rice plates.

MINT CILANTRO CHUTNEY

Mint Cilantro Chutney combines fresh mint and cilantro leaves with ginger, garlic, spices, and a bit of jalapeno and honey for a bright, sweet, and spicy topping for all our rice dishes.

SPICY ONION RELISH

Spicy Onion Chutney is a combination of chopped onion, lemon juice, ground red chilies and salt.  Very hot with a surprisingly deep flavor, it is a fine complement to any meal for those who like a spicy kick.
